This piece depicts the hands of a blacksmith at the annual Port Oneida Fair. The fair opens the historic farms to the public with tours and demonstrations in period costume to transport the experience into the 1800’s. The Blacksmiths were fascinating the watch heating, bending and twisting metal into functional works of art.
